Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) set out the rules for using the apps provided by MW Products and our website, mwproducts.biz (the “Website”). By downloading, installing, or using one of our apps, you agree to these Terms. Please read them before you start.
Article 1 (Apps Covered)
These Terms apply to the following apps that MW Products provides on the App Store, the Mac App Store, and the Microsoft Store (together, the “Apps”). They also apply to any apps we release in the future.
• Alarmo (iPhone)
• CloudDox (Mac)
• daybook. (iPhone)
• Galna (Mac)
• Graph Sketcher (Mac)
• HealthKit Parser (Mac)
• Markdocx (Mac, Windows)
• Orviss (Mac, iPhone, iPad, Windows)
• ReMaster (iPhone, iPad, Mac, Windows)
• StoreMetrics (Mac)
Article 2 (Relationship to the Store Terms)
1. Apps obtained from the App Store or the Mac App Store are subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These Terms supplement that agreement; if the two conflict, Apple’s agreement prevails.
2. Apps obtained from the Microsoft Store are also subject to the Microsoft Store’s terms.
3. Purchases, payments, and refunds follow the terms and procedures of the store you bought from. Orviss Pro for Windows is purchased through Link, Stripe’s payment service, and follows Link’s terms and procedures.
Article 3 (License and Rights)
1. Provided you follow these Terms, MW Products grants you a non-exclusive license to use the Apps on devices you own or control. You may not transfer or sublicense this license to anyone else.
2. Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Apps and the Website belong to MW Products or their rightful owners. Open-source software included in the Apps is subject to its own license.
3. You own the documents, notes, images, videos, and other data you create or store with the Apps (“Your Data”). MW Products does not acquire any rights to Your Data.
Article 4 (Purchases, Free Trials, and Subscriptions)
1. Some Apps are free, some are paid, and some are free with features you can unlock through an in-app purchase. Prices are shown in each store.
2. Payments are processed by Apple, Microsoft, or Stripe (for Orviss Pro on Windows). MW Products never receives your credit card number or other payment details.
3. Some Apps offer a free trial. The trial length, and which features remain available after the trial ends, differ from app to app and are shown in the app or on the app’s page on the Website. Your Data is not deleted when a trial ends.
4. One-time purchases are available on devices signed in to the same Apple Account (or, for the Microsoft Store, the same Microsoft account), for example by using “Restore Purchases.” A purchase made through Apple and a purchase made through the Microsoft Store are separate purchases.
5. For Apps that offer subscriptions (auto-renewable subscriptions), the subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel it. For subscriptions purchased through the App Store, you need to cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can review or cancel them at any time under Subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Orviss Pro purchased on Windows can be changed or cancelled at any time on the management page (Link) that you open from the app’s settings.
6. To request a refund, please use the refund process of the store you bought from (Apple or Microsoft, or Link for Orviss Pro on Windows). Each store, or Link, decides whether to grant a refund.
7. When an Orviss Pro subscription ends, after a 30-day grace period, syncing stops and the shared projects you own become read-only for everyone. 90 days after that, the content of your own sync and of those shared projects in the cloud is deleted. If you subscribe to Orviss Pro again before then, syncing simply continues; if you subscribe again after the content has been deleted, syncing starts over from the files on your devices. The files in the Orviss folder on your devices are not deleted.
Article 5 (Your Data and Backups)
1. The Apps store Your Data on your device or in a storage location you choose (such as iCloud Drive or OneDrive). Except when you use sync and sharing in Orviss (Orviss Pro), Your Data is not stored on MW Products’ servers, so MW Products cannot restore it.
2. Please back up important data regularly.
3. Deleting an app may delete the data stored inside it.
4. When you use sync and sharing in Orviss, a copy of Your Data is also stored in the cloud that MW Products manages (see Section 4, item 8 of the Privacy Policy). Syncing is not a backup: when you change or delete a file on one device, it is also changed or deleted in the cloud and on your other devices. Previous versions are kept in the cloud for a limited time, but MW Products does not guarantee that synced data can be restored. The copy in the cloud is deleted when you delete your account (see item 7 of Article 4 for what happens when a subscription ends).
5. In a shared project, co-owners and editors can change and delete files, and their changes reach every member’s devices. Choose the people you share with, and their roles, carefully.
Article 6 (Third-Party Services)
1. Some Apps work with third-party services, for example:
• Galna: your Google Account (Google Calendar and related services)
• StoreMetrics: Apple’s App Store Connect, and Anthropic’s Claude (only if you enter your own API key)
• Orviss: your device’s calendars, your Microsoft account (Outlook calendars), CalDAV servers, iCloud Drive, OneDrive, and Stripe’s Link (payment for Orviss Pro on Windows)
• daybook.: your device’s calendars
• CloudDox: the online document services you add
2. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms and privacy policy.
3. Changes to, outages of, or the discontinuation of a third-party service may make some features of the Apps unavailable.
4. Galna and CloudDox are not official apps of Google LLC. Google, Google Calendar, and Google Docs are trademarks of Google LLC.
Article 7 (Notes on Specific Apps)
To use the Apps with peace of mind, please keep the following in mind.
1. Alarmo: alarms are played through iOS’s alarm feature (AlarmKit). An alarm may not sound if your device is turned off or out of battery, if alarm permission is turned off, because of your volume settings, or because of limits imposed by iOS. For important appointments, please use another method as well.
2. daybook. and HealthKit Parser: these apps display or convert health-related information such as step counts, but they are not medical devices and are not intended for diagnosis, treatment, or prevention. Please consult a doctor or other professional about your health.
3. ReMaster: AI upscaling and frame interpolation estimate and add detail that is not in the original footage. Because the result may differ from the real subject, please do not use it as a factual record or as evidence.
4. AI features in Orviss and StoreMetrics: drafts, summaries, translations, and analyses produced by AI may contain errors. Please check them before you rely on them.
5. StoreMetrics: the figures shown are based on data retrieved from App Store Connect. Because of currency conversion and other factors, they may differ from the amounts Apple actually pays you. Writing to App Store Connect, such as replying to reviews or updating your app’s metadata, is performed at your request, and some of it is published on the App Store.
6. Galna: calendar information such as the rokuyo (traditional Japanese day labels) is calculated by the app and may be off.
7. Markdocx and Graph Sketcher: when you convert or export to another format, the layout or some elements may not match the original exactly. Please check the result before you submit or print it.
8. Sync and sharing in Orviss: syncing and sharing may be delayed or temporarily unavailable because of network conditions, service outages, or similar causes. When the same file is changed on different devices at the same time, both versions may be kept. If you exceed your plan’s storage or transfer limits, syncing may stop.
Article 8 (Prohibited Conduct)
When using the Apps and the Website, please do not:
(1) break the law or public order and morals, or do anything that leads to a crime;
(2) infringe the copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights of MW Products or anyone else;
(3) copy, modify, redistribute, sell, or rent the Apps;
(4) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Apps, except where the law allows it;
(5) improperly get around the Apps’ usage limits, such as free trials or purchase checks;
(6) use the Apps to place an excessive load on a third-party service or to violate its terms;
(7) gain unauthorized access to the Website or its servers, or interfere with their operation;
(8) use sharing in Orviss to share or distribute unlawful files or files that infringe the rights of others; or
(9) do anything else MW Products reasonably considers inappropriate.
If we find any of this conduct, MW Products may suspend the use of the Orviss account involved.
Article 9 (No Warranty)
1. MW Products works to make the Apps function correctly, but does not guarantee that the Apps are free of defects, that they suit your particular purpose, or that they work on every device and operating-system version.
2. If an operating-system update or similar change stops an App from working properly, MW Products will try to fix it, but may not always be able to.
Article 10 (Limitation of Liability)
1. If you suffer damage caused by MW Products’ intentional misconduct or gross negligence, MW Products will compensate you for that damage.
2. If you suffer damage caused by MW Products’ ordinary (slight) negligence, MW Products will compensate you only for the direct damage that would ordinarily arise, up to the amount you paid for the App that caused the damage. This cap does not apply to Apps that are free.
Article 11 (Support, Updates, and Discontinuation)
1. For questions about the Apps, please use the contact form on the Website.
2. MW Products may release updates that add or change features of the Apps.
3. MW Products may stop providing an App. If so, we will announce it on the Website in advance whenever possible. An App you have already installed may keep working after it is discontinued, but we cannot guarantee that it will work or that it will be supported.
4. If MW Products ends the sync and sharing service of Orviss, we will announce it in advance whenever possible, in the app or on the Website. After it ends, you can keep using the files in the Orviss folder on your devices.
Article 12 (Use by Minors)
If you are a minor, please get your parent’s or guardian’s permission before making a purchase.
Article 13 (Changes to These Terms)
1. MW Products may change these Terms when the change is in the general interest of users, or when the change does not go against the purpose of these Terms and is reasonable in light of the need for the change, the appropriateness of the new terms, and other circumstances.
2. When we change these Terms, we will announce the new terms and the date they take effect on the Website before that date.
Article 14 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
1. These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Japan.
2. Any dispute concerning the Apps or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction, in the first instance, of the Kobe Summary Court or the Kobe District Court, depending on the amount in dispute.
Article 15 (Contact)
If you have any questions about these Terms, please send them through our contact form.

Privacy Policy
MW Products cares about your privacy. We build our Apps to process your data on your own device whenever possible, rather than sending it to MW Products’ servers. We use servers only for features that need them, such as sync and sharing in Orviss. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains what information the Apps and the Website handle, and how. “Apps” and “Website” have the same meaning as in the Terms of Use.
1. Our Approach
1. The data you create or keep in the Apps (notes, documents, photos, calendar events, health-related information, and so on) is stored on your device or in a storage location you choose (such as iCloud or OneDrive). MW Products holds this data only if you use sync and sharing in Orviss (Section 4, item 8).
2. MW Products does not sell your information or use it for advertising.
3. The Apps do not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
2. Information MW Products Receives
MW Products receives only the following information.
1. Your inquiries: the name (optional), email address, and message you enter in the contact form. They reach MW Products as an email.
2. Website browsing information: statistics on how the Website is viewed, collected by Google Analytics (see Section 8).
3. App usage and crash information: in Galna and daybook., we receive information about how the app is used (such as launches and screens viewed) and about crashes and other problems, through Google’s Firebase (Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics). This information is collected in a form that is not linked to your name or email address.
4. Purchase information: we receive aggregate information, such as the number of sales and revenue, from Apple, Microsoft, and Stripe. We do not receive buyers’ names or payment details. For Orviss Pro subscriptions, however, we receive subscription information linked to your Orviss account so that we can check your subscription status (see Section 4, item 8).
5. Orviss account, sync, and sharing information: if you create an Orviss account and use sync or sharing, we receive your email address, the files you sync or share, information about your devices, your subscription status, and similar information (see Section 4, item 8).
3. How We Use Information
MW Products uses the information it receives only to:
1. reply to your inquiries;
2. provide sync and sharing in Orviss and manage Orviss Pro subscriptions;
3. investigate problems and improve the quality of the Apps;
4. understand how the Website is used and improve it; and
5. comply with the law.
If we want to use information for any other purpose, we will update this Policy and let you know first.
4. How Each App Handles Information
Below, we explain what information each App handles on your device and where that information is sent. Permissions such as access to calendars, photos, and location are used only if you allow them, and you can withdraw them at any time in your device’s settings.
1. Alarmo: alarm and timer settings are stored on your device. Alarms are played using iOS’s alarm feature (AlarmKit). Sound files you choose are copied into the app to use as alarm sounds. Your purchase status is stored in your iCloud (Apple). Nothing is sent to MW Products.
2. CloudDox: the URLs of online documents you enter are saved on your Mac as small files. When you open such a file, the online document’s page is displayed. The page is loaded, and any sign-in takes place, directly between you and that service. Nothing is sent to MW Products.
3. daybook.: with your permission, the app uses your calendars (events from the accounts added to your device), your photos (to show the photos taken on a given day), step counts from Health, and your location (to record places you visit). The places you visit are stored on your device and used only to show them on a map. Step counts are used only for display in the app. App usage and crash information is sent to Firebase, as described in Section 2.
4. Galna: you sign in with your Google Account to view and edit Google Calendar and related information (see Section 5 for details). If you allow it, the app uses your current location to show weather forecasts, which it retrieves from Apple’s WeatherKit; your location is sent to Apple for this purpose. The app asks for permission to send notifications so it can remind you of events. The start date of your free trial is stored in your iCloud (Apple). App usage and crash information is sent to Firebase, as described in Section 2. Google user data is never sent to Firebase.
5. Graph Sketcher: the graphs you create are saved as files in a location you choose. The start date of your free trial is stored in your iCloud (Apple). Nothing is sent to MW Products.
6. HealthKit Parser: the app does not access Health (HealthKit) directly. It parses, on your Mac, the file (export.xml) that you export from the Health app on your iPhone and select, and saves the result as CSV files in a location you choose. The parsed data never leaves the app.
7. Markdocx: documents are saved as files in a location you choose. If a document contains the URL of an image on the web, the app connects to the server hosting that image to load it when you preview or export the document. In the Mac version, the start date of your free trial is stored in your iCloud (Apple). In the Windows version, the free trial and the purchase are managed by the Microsoft Store. Nothing is sent to MW Products.
8. Orviss: notes and files are saved as ordinary files in a folder you choose (on your device, in iCloud Drive, in OneDrive, and so on). With your permission, the app shows, creates, and edits calendar events and shows the photos you took on a given day. When you add a photo to a note, the photo’s metadata (which may include location) is copied along with it. When you save a web page, the app connects to that page’s site to get its title. In the Windows version, if you set it up, the app exchanges calendar events with your Microsoft account (Outlook) or a CalDAV server (such as iCloud); CalDAV passwords are stored in the Windows Credential Locker. AI drafts and summaries are created by AI that runs on your device (Apple Intelligence on Mac, iPhone, and iPad; the on-device model of Copilot+ PCs on Windows), and their content never leaves your device. In the Mac, iPhone, and iPad versions, if you keep your Orviss folder in iCloud Drive, its location (path) is stored in your iCloud (Apple). If you use Orviss without an Orviss account, nothing is sent to MW Products (in the Windows version, opening the plans screen contacts MW Products’ server to show prices, but none of your information is sent). If you create an Orviss account and use sync or sharing, the following applies:
• Account: you create an Orviss account with your email address and a password. Accounts are managed with Google’s Firebase Authentication. Your password is protected and managed by Firebase, and MW Products cannot read it. Emails for confirming your account and resetting your password are sent by Firebase.
• Synced files: when you turn on sync, the files in your Orviss folder (their contents as well as their names, folder structure, sizes, modification dates, and so on) are stored in storage that MW Products manages on Google Cloud (in data centers in the United States) and synced between your devices. Files are encrypted in transit and at rest, but not end-to-end encrypted. No one looks at the contents of your files, except at your request or where necessary for legal compliance or security investigations.
• Device information: to manage the devices you sync, we store each device’s name (the name you gave your Mac or PC), its type, its OS and app versions, and an identifier created for each installation. The name of a Mac or PC may include your name. Device names are shown only in your own settings. However, when the same file is changed on two devices at the same time and both versions are kept, the kept file is named with the device’s name, and in a shared project other members can see it.
• Subscriptions: Orviss Pro is purchased through the App Store on Mac, iPhone, and iPad, and through Link, Stripe’s payment service, on Windows. To check your subscription status, we receive subscription information (such as transaction IDs, plan, expiration date, and auto-renewal setting) from the App Store or Stripe and store it linked to your Orviss account. When you purchase on Windows, we pass your Orviss account’s email address to Stripe. Card numbers and other payment details are handled by Apple or Stripe; MW Products never receives them. Stripe receives your name, billing address, and similar information to process payments and calculate taxes, and handles it under Stripe’s privacy policy.
• Sharing: when you share a project, all of its members (including viewers) can see the project’s files and the email addresses and roles of its members and of people who have been invited. You invite people by giving them the invitation link or code yourself; Orviss does not send invitation emails. The people you invite see your email address and the project’s name.
• Retention: when you change or delete a file, its previous content is kept for 30 days (Orviss Pro) or 90 days (Orviss Pro 5 and above), depending on your plan, and then deleted (files larger than 10 MB are deleted after about a day). Records such as the names of deleted files are kept as long as the project or your sync continues, so that syncing works correctly. When your Orviss Pro subscription ends, syncing stops after a 30-day grace period, and the projects you share are paused. 90 days after that, the content of your own sync and of the projects you share in the cloud is deleted (the files on your devices are not deleted).
• Deleting your account: you can delete your Orviss account at any time in the app’s settings. When you do, the information MW Products holds about you, such as your account, the content of your sync in the cloud, your device registrations, and records of invitations, is deleted immediately, and an Orviss Pro subscription purchased on Windows is cancelled. If you purchased Orviss Pro through the App Store, please cancel it in your App Store settings. The files in the Orviss folder on your devices are not deleted. Files you added to other people’s projects as a member remain in those projects. If you own a project shared with other people, you need to hand over ownership or stop sharing it first. Payment records are kept by Apple or Stripe under their own policies.
• Server logs: to operate the servers, records of communication (such as the date and time, account ID, and IP address) are kept for a certain period.
• Use of the information: the information we hold is used only to provide sync and sharing and to manage subscriptions. It is never used for advertising or tracking, and never sold. Orviss does not collect app usage analytics or crash reports.
9. ReMaster: the videos and photos you choose are processed only on your device, using AI models included in the app. With your permission, the finished videos and photos are added to your photo library as new items; your originals are not changed. Copies of the files you import for processing are kept inside the app (in a location visible in the Files app). In the Windows version, the finished videos and photos are saved as new files in the folder you choose (at first, the folder of the original file); your originals are not changed. Nothing is sent to MW Products.
10. StoreMetrics: using the App Store Connect API key you enter, the app retrieves sales, reviews, analytics, and similar data from Apple’s App Store Connect, and, at your request, updates your app’s metadata or replies to reviews. The private key of your API key is stored in your Mac’s Keychain. To convert currencies, the app gets the latest exchange rates from an exchange-rate service (ExchangeRate-API); none of your data is sent with that request. If you enter your own Anthropic API key and choose to translate or analyze with Claude, the information needed for that task (such as your metadata, keywords, impressions, downloads, revenue, and review excerpts) is sent to Anthropic and handled under Anthropic’s terms and privacy policy. Nothing is sent to MW Products.
5. Google User Data (Galna)
Apps that link to a Google account (Galna) access only the minimum data required for their features:
1. Calendars and events (read/write): to display, create, edit, and delete events, and to respond to invitations.
2. Calendar list, colors, and free/busy information (read-only): to show your calendars and to suggest meeting times when all attendees are free.
3. Contact names and email addresses (read-only): to provide autocomplete suggestions when adding attendees.
4. Google Drive — only files created by the app: to attach files to events. The app uploads the file you select to your Google Drive and can access only that file. It never reads or lists any other file in your Drive.
5. Google Meet space creation: to insert a meeting URL into an event.
6. Basic account profile (name, email address, profile picture): to display your sign-in state.
Our apps do not use any of Google’s restricted scopes.
Our handling of Google user data:
1. Storage: Google user data is cached only on your device for offline display. It is never transmitted to or stored on our servers, and we (the developer) cannot access it.
2. No third-party transfer: we do not sell, rent, share, or transfer Google user data to any third party, and we never send it to Firebase or any other analytics service.
3. No advertising use: Google user data is never used for advertising or ad targeting.
4. No human access: no human reads Google user data, except with your explicit consent, or where necessary for security investigations or legal compliance.
5. Deletion: signing out of the app deletes the data cached on your device for that account. You can also revoke the app’s access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Our apps’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We apply the following technical and organizational measures to protect Google user data:
1. Encryption in transit: all communication between the app and Google APIs is encrypted with HTTPS using TLS 1.2 or higher. User data is never transmitted over an unencrypted connection.
2. Protection of credentials: OAuth 2.0 access tokens and refresh tokens are stored in the macOS Keychain, the encrypted credential store managed by the operating system. The app never obtains or stores your Google account password; authentication takes place solely on Google’s own sign-in screen through the official Google Sign-In SDK.
3. Protection of stored data: calendar data is cached only on your device for offline display. The cache is stored inside the macOS App Sandbox, so operating-system access controls prevent other applications and other user accounts from reading it. When device disk encryption (FileVault) is enabled, the cached data is encrypted at rest as well.
4. Serverless architecture: we operate no server or database that holds Google user data. Data flows directly between your device and Google’s servers and never passes through our systems, which structurally eliminates the risk of a server-side breach of your data.
5. Least privilege: the app requests only the minimum scopes required for its features. Permissions needed for optional features, such as file attachments, are requested separately at the moment the feature is used (incremental authorization). No restricted scopes are used.
6. Retention and deletion: the on-device cache is deleted when you sign out of the app or delete the app. You can revoke the app’s access at any time from your Google Account settings.
7. Application integrity: the app is signed and notarized by Apple and its integrity is verified by the operating system before it runs.
8. Vulnerability management: we keep the SDKs and libraries we use up to date and release fixes promptly when a security issue is identified. In the unlikely event of a security incident affecting user data, we will notify the relevant parties without undue delay in accordance with applicable law.
6. Third-Party Services and Disclosure
1. MW Products does not provide your personal information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law or where necessary to protect someone’s life, body, or property.
2. The Apps and the Website use the following third-party services:
• Apple (App Store, iCloud, WeatherKit): distribution and purchase of the Apps (including Orviss Pro subscriptions), storing information such as trial start dates, and weather forecasts (Galna)
• Microsoft (Microsoft Store, Microsoft account): distribution and purchase of the Apps, and Outlook calendar integration (the Windows version of Orviss)
• Google (Google APIs, Firebase, Google Cloud, Google Analytics): Google Calendar integration (Galna), sync and sharing in Orviss (data stored in the United States), analysis of app usage and crashes (Galna and daybook.), and analytics for the Website
• Stripe (Link): payment for Orviss Pro subscriptions (the Windows version of Orviss)
• Anthropic (Claude): translation and analysis (StoreMetrics, only if you set it up)
• ExchangeRate-API: exchange rates (StoreMetrics)
3. These companies are located outside Japan (mainly in the United States), and information may be processed outside Japan. For how each company handles information, please see the privacy policies of Apple, Microsoft, Google, Anthropic, and Stripe.
7. Health Data
The step counts that daybook. reads from Health (HealthKit), and the contents of the Health export files that HealthKit Parser parses, are used only for display and conversion within the app. This data is never sent to MW Products, used for advertising or sold, or provided to third parties.
8. Website Analytics and Cookies
We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how the Website is used and to improve it.
1. Information collected: using cookies, Google Analytics collects information such as the pages you view and when, referrers (search engines and linking sites), browser and device type, approximate location (country and city), and whether you click a link to a store (the App Store or the Microsoft Store) or send the contact form. It does not receive information that identifies you, such as your name or email address, or the contents of the contact form.
2. Management of the information: the information collected is managed by Google in accordance with Google’s privacy policy. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
3. Visitors from Europe: for visits from the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Google Analytics cookies are used only if you consent.
4. How to opt out: you can change your choice about cookies at any time in Cookie settings. You can also stop Google Analytics from collecting information by disabling cookies in your browser or by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
9. How We Protect Information
1. Except for sync and sharing in Orviss, we do not operate servers that store your app data; it stays on your device or in the storage location you choose.
2. Information held for sync and sharing in Orviss is protected by access controls for each account and each project, and is encrypted in transit and at rest. File contents are transferred only through URLs that expire.
3. Credentials such as passwords, tokens, and API keys are stored in the secure storage managed by the operating system (the Keychain on macOS and iOS, and the Credential Locker on Windows). The password for your Orviss account is protected by Firebase Authentication, and MW Products cannot read it. No other credentials are ever sent to MW Products.
4. Our Mac apps run inside the operating system’s App Sandbox.
5. Emails sent through the contact form are kept in an email account that only MW Products can access.
6. We keep the SDKs and libraries we use up to date and respond promptly when we become aware of a security issue.
10. Children’s Information
The Apps and the Website are not directed primarily at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
11. Your Requests (Access, Correction, Deletion, and More)
1. You may ask MW Products to tell you the purposes for which we use your personal information, or to disclose, correct, add to, delete, stop using, or stop providing to third parties the personal information we hold about you. Please contact us through the contact form. After confirming your identity, we will respond without undue delay in accordance with the law.
2. Except for what Orviss holds for sync and sharing, your app data is not on MW Products’ servers, so you can delete it with in-app actions (such as signing out or deleting data) or by deleting the app. Some information stored in iCloud, such as the start date of a free trial, may remain after you delete the app. The information Orviss holds is deleted when you delete your account in the app’s settings (see Section 4, item 8).
3. You can revoke Galna’s access to your Google Account at any time in your Google Account settings.
